New Year Celebrations, Surprise Birthday Celebration, Lunch with Team, and the occasion when we went to Bannerghatta National Park

Birthday Celebration, Sports, surprise Salary Hike.

I am working here from past 1.7 years. Coming to work culture, it’s really excellent
• There is a very friendly Environment (“Connecting people”).
• The training programs are really good, the training is in a very simple way where everyone can understand each and every point.
Description of my experience working in Syban India I have learnt a lot here.
• I did not know anything in computers and now people are calling me for any issues in the system.
• I joined here as a DEO and after few months I got a opportunity to work and Admin, and even my salary was been increased in a very short time.
There are many sweet memories like Birthday Celebrations, New Year celebrations and one of my most memorable moments is, when I got promoted as an Administrator and Vinod Sir introduced me to the team. As this is my first job IT IS THE BEST for me is all the aspects.

How would you describe the working culture of Syban India?
Syban India is a developing company, Syban India has very good helping nature. Syban India have very good plan for employees how to build their carrier, and Syban India is supporting all work activity like sports etc. thanks to Syban India for giving me to opportunity to work here.

How would you describe your experience working at Syban India?
It’s a wonderful experience working her. I am learning so many things here, good team members and everyone helps each other, I’m getting good support from Management side, nice to work with here.

What is the best memory of your time with Syban India?
Syban India anniversary and New Year celebrations it was a great experience.

If you compare your earlier employers, what are the best differentiators you found with Syban India?
In my previous company there were no anniversary New Year celebrations. Here they provide leadership training and other companies don’t generally.

I have been working here for past 8 Months and in 2008 for 4 months. Total 1 Year experience in Syban India.

Working Culture:-

• Work surroundings are always fresh because of our Syban green.
• Working with Syban India is understanding, responsibility, being friendly…
• More learning opportunities are there with Syban India.
My working experience with Syban India is
• It’s a very good experience to work here. I have learnt more things which will be very useful to my life and career.
• I felt in work as independent (with guidance), handle things alone experience are good.

Best Memory – Birthday Events (cake cutting and having), Ayudha Pooja function day, Team lunch, played with team members…

I have missed a great event of New Year and Anniversary function.

Maturity in handling things, If any thing goes wrong not arguing but discussing about the problems…

(Scolding in front of every one is not there, even for big mistakes)

Very Interesting processes (Making Trackers, Reports…), Training for each process, more learning and career growth to achieve a goal.

Work culture of Syban is very pleasant. Syban India Office is Themed in Green and White and both the colors holding their meaning for Syban India. Green for Prosperity and White for Peace and thus Syban indicate Prosper in life in a peaceful environment.

How would you describe your experience working at Syban India?
Syban India is a great place to work in. It set metrics and taught us how to achieve goals. This lesson is not only useful in work but also to win over every situations of life. People here are very goal oriented , they know their tasks and know the taste of success and also they know the recipe of success. Its easy to get jobs in Bangalore but to get Job satisfaction is a big deal. Syban believes peace of mind is the main tool to achieve success. When your mind is stress free your are focused at your goal best. Syban believes and Syban Implements.

What is the best memory of your time with Syban India?
There are many as we had many events throughout the year be it Pre Diwali celebrations or New Years Day or Syban Team Lunch

Syban employees are focused towards their goal. They have set metrics to reach their goal. Not only that , Syban employees are very helpful and good mates. Share their experiences with work and help out the new joiners to set a goal and showing live examples how to reach them. Each colleague in Syban is a friend cum mentor. I like the broadness of their thoughts and thus giving a pleasant atmosphere to Work.
