Vinod is a passionate entrepreneur from start of his career and have been involved in managing large IT & IT enabled services business across India & Abroad.

Founded Syban India in 2002 with an aim to exceed the expectations of all our customers worldwide in the areas of Talent Management, Talent Retention & Engagement Solutions, Workforce Management Solutions, Recruitment Processes, staffing and Engagement process implementation!

He has been instrumental in setting up from scratch the core team for two Multi-National SAP Consulting firms. One of them was a Center of Excellence for SAP Netweaver Technologies and another one for SAP AFS Solutions

He has been instrumental in setting up a large Cognos / Hyperion Delivery Center for a Kuwait based O & G Customer.

He is an Engineer with more than 11 years of experience in the IT & HR Services Industry especially specialized in the areas of Recruitment, Staffing, Talent Management, Talent Retention, Employee Engagement, Compensation and Performance Management.

He is a certified Supply Chain Management and E-Business Professional. With that he has also done various HR certification programs to add value to his consulting experience.



Have executed large revenue based business assignments with Technology based customers across India, South Africa, Srilanka, USA, Netherlands, Australia, Dubai, Abu – Dhabi, Bahrain, Sharjah, Kuwait, Qatar, & Oman.

He has heavily involved in recruitment of Technical & Functional ERP professionals in a variety of ERP platforms such as Peoplesoft, Oracle Applications as well as Microsoft AXAPTA, Microsoft Dynamics etc

He is an active member of National HRD Network, CII Disability Forum, SHRM India, National Institute of Personal Management, and ISTD Network.
