As a process entire Syban team will be given regular skill based trainings to upgrade their knowledge in various domain every business cycle.

  • Consultants who are engaged with Syban India for more than 2 Years will be directly eligible for a Yearly bonus from the 3rd year onwards.

  • Team lunch can be arranged every 6 months. It can be decided according to the availability of the whole team at work.
LEAVE Policy:

  • Syban consultants are entitled to avail 1 day paid leave per month only after completing the probationary period.
  • 3 days of late coming in any of the following Morning Attendance) / Afternoon (Lunch Hour) In a month would be considered as a ½ a day leave and the salary would be deducted for the same.
  • For 1 to 3 days leave - Prior permission has to be taken either over phone / official email from the immediate Team Leaders / Manager’s.
  • Any leave taken without prior permission unless otherwise due to any major sickness / emergency would be considered as unapproved leave for which 2 days salary would be deducted.
  • For more than 4 days leave - Prior permission has to be taken from the Management by email.
  • A medical certificate has to be provided for a long leave due of sickness.
