Corporate Social Responsibility

It’s an established fact that People with Disability (PWD) candidates are mostly from very poor families with hardly any possibility to get a decent education. Most of the PWD candidates are either never encouraged to come out of their houses due to the various mobility related issues they face or the ignorance of their families.

Only a very few percentage of PWD candidates ever get a chance to get a decent education and also some encouragement from their families to go for a job and be independent. Even this set of lucky PWD candidates don’t get the chance to go through some high end trainings that their other normal counterparts do, due to lack of financial support, knowledge or opportunities.

It would be a great service to provide such training & employment opportunities to such people who live amongst us in unfortunate conditions, totally crippled not only physically but also mentally due to lack of exposure, continued dependence on their families for their existence etc.

Here at Syban, we have evolved a PWD Practice (SPWDP), to support and upgrade their skills and make them employable across the Country. It is not just a noble effort but also a very great social breakthrough if we would be able to create Employment Opportunities for these deserving human beings through this initiative who are willing to create a difference in this world.
