- Lead the Business Development and Delivery Operations in the IT recruitment business in the past 13 years
- Created from scratch and run three IT Recruitment Service Organizations Successfully
- Recruited 100 IT (Multimedia) professionals in a single assignment within 45 days.
- Lead two companies through ISO 9001 Process implementation
- Bagged and executed Contract Recruitment Assignments with MNCs as wells as Government Organizations.
- Handled a team of around 100 skilled professionals in Onsite Contract Assignments
- Designed and organized Technical Trainings for a large no. of MNC’s in Bangalore
- Handled recruitment, contract staffing and Training assignments with various MNCs
- Instrumental in creating a subsidiary for a US based Company
